Hello! Exam time, stress, stress, stress! I decided to take a wonder down the high street to WhSmiths to pick up some stationary - sticky notes, labels, a new stapler - all the fun stuff eh!? I couldn't resist the temptation to "just pop into boots". Much to my surprise, I actually didn't purchase very much! Four products, all of which I did kind of need...I say four products... one is a new deodorant, not very interesting, it's one I've never tried though - so I am sadly excited to use it tomorrow morning! I purchased the following:

The first product I purchasd is the Garnier, Express 2 in 1 Eye make-up remover, coming in at £2.33(Usually £3.50, Boots has an offer on skin care atm)..  I'm really looking forward to trying this product out. Recently,  a blogger wrote on their blog that this was much better than the L'oreal eye make-up remover - which I absolutely adore - and it will be really hard to beat. Although, as I said - eye make-up remover was something I was running out of, and I really can't go without it. I hate being rough on my eyes with a make-up wipe, it really irritates my eyes and practically pulls my eyelashes out so that is why I always tend to go for a liquid instead. You can see in the bottle (kind of) that the product has two layers of liquid - very similar to the L'oreal product.

The next product I purchased is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. Currently this is on offer for £3.33 for a whopping 400mls (that's a lot, if you're not very good with measurements!). According to the bottle it removes make-up, cleanses and soothes. You are able to use this to remove make-up from face, eyes and lips. The product also has no perfume - which is another benefit in my eyes as I hate strongly smelled products on my face - I find it very irritable and drying. All you need to do is our some of this on a cotton pad and use it to remove your make-up. These types of liquid make-up removing products are on the rise with companies such as Liz Earle and Bioderma releasing very similar products. I think it's unnatural rubbing a water/liquid on your face when you still have all your make-up on. But as I said, these products are starting to become a big thing in the beauty world - and that's the joys of being a blogger - I get to buy things and test them out, and feedback honestly to all my readers.

Here comes the boring products... you will be happy to know that I wear deoderant! Yiiipeeee!!! Although, I usually just buy whatever is on offer, or whatever is in home bargains when I go for a bargain hunt. I decided it is time to make an investment in some deoderant. I have heard a lot of nice things about this - it smells good, it's good on sensitive skin and it genuinely keeps you sweat and smell free. Not that I am a very sweaty or smelly person in the first place... but that is the point of this product after all isn't it? And I'm very glad to see it's working nicely on other people... Apparently this is a new product on the Mitchum line and oxygen odour control. Once again, a lot of companies in this sector seem to be creating and innovating products which start working to the full effect with movement. I'm pretty certain this is what this product is claiming to do. But as I mentioned above, I can't wait to try out all these new products... and I have certainly never been so excited to try out something I rub under my armpits once or twice a day. If you'd like to know, this set me back £3.50 - the most I've ever paid for deoderant I think!?

Last but not least, I was looking at the spotty skin care bit in boots. I've been on the search for a spot cream - I get really sore, red, bumpy spots. I saw this bargain buy at £2.49 (usually £4.99) and couldn't resist - I hope it works. I have very big hopes and high expectations of this product, as I love all boots products in general and brands such as 17 and No7 have never let me down in regards to make-up and skin care. I'm not very sure how well this product will react on my oily, broken out, blackhead prone skin - but that's all in the fun, I love trying and testing new products!

If I love these products, you will hear about them - if I don't, you will hear about them. I will be sure to update you on all of these products that I purchased this morning, promise! I am off college for the Easter break for the next two weeks, a lot of studying - but a lot of time on my blog as well! I am going to try and write a bit about my current make-up routine and a few spring essentials. If you would like to hear about any products you know I have but haven't written about, please do not hesitate to get in touch and ask me too! Love and peace, have a fabulous weekend xoxox
